Morning Hymn to the Trinity
The believer begins the day by joining the angelic chorus in praising the Holy Trinity and seeking divine mercy through the intercession of the Theotokos.
As we rise from sleep, we fall before you, O Good One, and cry out to you, O Mighty One, with the song of the angels: Holy, holy, holy are you, O God; through the Mother of God, have mercy on us.✦ Lord, have mercy.
