XV. Verba Luxuriae.
XV. Verba Luxuriae.
And he said, "I will involve the form of God's image in filth, which is very displeasing to God; and thus I will destroy all." For I am glorious and exalted, and I draw to myself all that is permissible through the infused nature that is innate to me. Why should I hold back from myself, and why should I cut myself off from the duties of a full life and a lively mind? If I complete a part of my cause, is this blameworthy? But if I don't do what my flesh desires, I will be caught up in anger, deceit, and treachery, and I will be entangled in restlessness. The heavens, therefore, have their justice, and the earth should fulfill its duties. If the nature of the flesh were burdensome to God, He would not have made it capable of being perfected.

Coelum ergo justitiam suam habet, et terra officia sua faciat.
Si natura carnis Deo molesta esset, ipse fecisset quod caro eam perficere non posset,
