De quadam nave bellica facta per fratres.
The Warship Built at Postheck
Brother Werner, commander from Raganita, commissions a warship and several other vessels at Postheck.
At Postheck, Brother Werner, the commander from Raganita, had a warship built for himself along with meniis and several other ships.
Storm and Shipwreck Before Junigeda
A violent wind drives Werner's warship ashore as he approaches the fortress of Junigeda.
With these, when he had come to attack the fortress of Junigeda, a strong wind rushing upon the ship violently drove it onto the shore.
The Battle at the Shore and the Brothers' Escape
The castle's defenders attack the stranded ship; the brothers fight back manfully, several Lethowini are killed, and three brothers escape.
Seeing this, the people of the castle attacked the ship in armed force, while the brothers—three men and the squires aboard—defended themselves manfully from the opposite side. In that battle several Lethowini were killed and mortally wounded. And so three of the brothers escaped.
