The Bishop's Mission
The Virgin Mary instructs the bishop to prioritize the establishment of a cathedral in newly won lands to serve as a spiritual refuge for the faithful.
The Queen of Heaven spoke to the bride, saying, "Saint Sigfrid the archbishop left England and did the will of God in the kingdom of Sweden." As for that bishop you're praying for, who is going with the king against the infidels: once he reaches the pagan lands and some of their territory has been won by the Christians, he should immediately establish a cathedral church in some suitable and honorable place, so that, as if to a mother, the Christians may have a refuge there for the needs of their souls, and may be refreshed in the Catholic faith and spiritually consoled. If the bishop can only establish and support one or two clergy there with him, he should be content, because my Son is powerful enough to increase his gifts and expand the diocese.
The Reward of Intent
God honors the good intentions of those who may not live to see their works completed, urging all to wait patiently for His will.
But if he, or other friends of mine, should die before these words are carried out, their good intention will be credited to them as if it were the deed itself, and they will receive their reward for it. So, no one should count on a long life; instead, everyone should wait patiently for God's will.

Regina celi loquebatur sponse dicens: Sanctus Sigfridus archiepiscopus exiuit de anglia et fecit voluntatem dei in regno Swecie.
Sic iste episcopus, pro quo tu oras, qui vadit cum rege contra infideles, cum venerit ad paganos et fuerint alique terre ipsorum acquisite per christianos, construat primo ecclesiam cathedralem in aliquo loco honesto et congruo, vt tanquam ad matrem possint christiani pro necessitatibus anime ad eam habere refugium et inde catholice refici et spiritualiter consolari.
Et si non potest episcopus nisi vnum vel duos clericos ibi instituere et sustentare secum, contentus sit, quia filius meus potens est augere dona sua et episcopatum dilatare.
Si vero ipse vel alii amici mei moriantur, antequam perficiantur verba ista, tunc voluntas bona reputabitur eis pro opere et mercedem habebunt inde.
Et ideo nullus confidat de longa vita, sed vnusquisque expectet velle dei pacienter.
