Forgive those who hate and wrong us, O Lord, Lover of humanity. Do good to those who do good. Grant our brothers and relatives what they ask for their salvation, and grant them eternal life. Visit those who are sick and grant them healing. Guide those who are at sea. Travel with those who are on a journey. Grant forgiveness of sins to those who serve us and show us mercy. In your great mercy, have mercy on those who have asked us, unworthy as we are, to pray for them.
Commemoration and Final Petition
A prayer for the departed, the captive, the faithful, and a final plea for personal guidance and illumination.
Remember, Lord, our fathers and brothers who have fallen asleep before us, and grant them rest where the light of Your face shines upon them. Remember, Lord, our brothers who are held captive, and deliver them from every danger.1 Remember, Lord, those who bring offerings and do good works in Your holy churches, and grant them what they ask for salvation and eternal life.2 Remember us also, Lord—Your humble, sinful, and unworthy servants. Enlighten our minds with the light of Your understanding, and guide us along the path of Your commandments, through the prayers of our most pure Lady, the Mother of God and ever-virgin Mary, and of all Your saints; for You are blessed forever and ever. Amen.

Ненави́дящих и оби́дящих нас прости́, Го́споди Человеколю́бче. Благотворя́щим благосотвори́. Бра́тиям и сро́дником на́шим да́руй я́же ко спасе́нию проше́ния и жизнь ве́чную. В не́мощех су́щия посети́ и исцеле́ние да́руй. И́же на мо́ри упра́ви. Путеше́ствующим спутеше́ствуй. Служа́щим и ми́лующим нас грехо́в оставле́ние да́руй. Запове́давших нам недосто́йным моли́тися о них поми́луй по вели́цей Твое́й ми́лости.
Помяни́, Го́споди, пре́жде усо́пших оте́ц и бра́тий на́ших и упоко́й их, иде́же присеща́ет свет лица́ Твоего́. Помяни́, Го́споди, бра́тий на́ших плене́нных и изба́ви я от вся́каго обстоя́ния. Помяни́, Го́споди, плодонося́щих и доброде́лающих во святы́х Твои́х це́рквах, и даждь им я́же ко спасе́нию проше́ния и жизнь ве́чную.
