A Plea for Divine Cleansing
The petitioner humbly asks God for purification and the grace to offer praise without condemnation.
O God, cleanse me, a sinner, for I have never done anything good before you. But deliver me from the evil one, and let your will be done in me, so that, without condemnation, I may open my unworthy lips and praise your holy name—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—now and always and forever and ever. Amen.

Бо́же, очи́сти мя гре́шнаго, я́ко николи́же сотвори́х благо́е пред Тобо́ю; но изба́ви мя от лука́ваго, и да бу́дет во мне во́ля Твоя́, да неосужде́нно отве́рзу уста́ моя недосто́йная и восхвалю́ и́мя Твое́ свято́е, Отца́ и Сы́на и Свята́го Ду́ха, ны́не и при́сно и во ве́ки веко́в. Ами́нь.
