XVIIII. In foriitudine Filii Dei protectio indeficiens.

However, he carries on both shoulders a single wing, which is the strength of the Divine and human nature of the Son of God, a power that will never fail and will have no end, because God preserves all things in it and through it, and by it, He also conceals those works that are hidden, which have been kept secret in His ancient counsel, and which He has not yet chosen to reveal to anyone. Cf. Genesis, XXII, 15. It is written that in the strength of the Divinity and humanity of the Son of God, there is a power that will never fail and will have no end, because God preserves all things in it and through it, and by it, He also conceals those works that are hidden, which have been kept secret in His ancient counsel, and which He has not yet chosen to reveal to anyone. For although God performs new miracles every day, there are still many things hidden in the secrecy of His counsel that have not yet been revealed in the manifestation of their purpose, just as human thoughts are not known before they come to fruition in visible actions.
