And from that troubled cloud, I heard a voice giving this response to the anger: 'You are the gluttony of punishment, and you desire nothing else.' God must be invoked, and His goodness must be sought. You envy her because you don't trust in God. You don't ask anything of God, and that's why you find nothing. But I cry out to God, and I receive His answer; I ask Him, and in His goodness, He gives me what I want; I seek Him, and I find. For I am a source of venerable joy, and I strike the harp before God, placing all my works in Him, from whom I also sit in His embrace because of the faith and hope I have in Him. But you don't trust in God, nor do you desire His grace, from which all evils will come upon you. But the seventh image was like a wolf, lying with its legs bent under it, and it was looking around everywhere to swallow up whatever it could.
