De morte Conradi sacerdotis de Alimania, qui ad convertendum gente.

Conrad's Mission and Martyrdom

Conrad, a German priest, went to Lithuania in 1285 to convert its people, was killed by the Lithuanians after two years, and miracles of burning candles were later seen at the place of his death.

He crossed over to Lithuania. In the year of our Lord 1285, Conrad, a priest from Germany, went to the land of Lithuania to convert the peoples there. After he had stayed there for two years, the Lithuanians killed him. In the place where he was killed, burning candles were frequently seen afterwards.
