The Mystery of Providence
The soul acknowledges the divine mystery of God's providence and glorifies His works.
I have heard, Lord, the mystery of Your providence; I have understood Your works, and I have glorified Your Divinity.1
The Guardian's Intercession
A petition for the guardian angel's protection, peace, and deliverance from the judgment of the left-hand side.
You, my guardian, pray to the God who loves humanity; don't leave me, but always keep my life in peace and grant me invincible salvation. Since I have received you from God as the protector and guardian of my life, O Angel, I pray you, holy one: free me from every kind of trouble. Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. Cleanse my impurity with your holiness, my guardian, and through your prayers may I be set apart from the left-hand side and made a partaker of glory.2
Refuge in the Theotokos
A final plea for deliverance from surrounding evils, seeking refuge in the Most Pure Mother of God.
Both now and always, and forever and ever. Amen. I am perplexed by the evils surrounding me, O Most Pure One; but deliver me from them quickly, for I have fled to You alone for refuge.3

Услы́шах, Го́споди, смотре́ния Твоего́ та́инство, разуме́х дела́ Твоя́, и просла́вих Твое́ Божество́.
Моли́ Человеколю́бца Бо́га ты́, храни́телю мо́й, и не оста́ви мене́, но при́сно в ми́ре житие́ мое́ соблюди́ и пода́ждь ми́ спасе́ние необори́мое.
Я́ко засту́пника и храни́теля животу́ моему́ прие́м тя́ от Бо́га, А́нгеле, молю́ тя́, святы́й, от вся́ких мя́ бе́д свободи́.

- 1 ↩смотре́ние (here gen. смотре́ния) is the Slavonic equivalent of Greek οἰκονομία: divine providence / saving dispensation. Rendered 'providence'; 'dispensation' is also defensible in a strictly liturgical register.
- 2 ↩Liturgical Church Slavonic for the left-hand portion at the Last Judgment (cf. the goats on the left in Matt 25). Rendered as 'the left-hand place' to keep the judgment imagery without archaic 'portion of the left.'
- 3 ↩Пречи́стая is the Marian title Most Pure One (the Theotokos). Недоуме́ние is rendered as perplexity/bewilderment of mind before crushing evils, not mere intellectual doubt.
