God, who in His mercy has given you the grace to dedicate yourself to His Church, preserve and keep you in His truth, free from both superstition and profaneness. The Lord bless you and keep you. The Lord make His face shine upon you and be merciful to you. The Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace in your conscience and constancy in His truth.
Restoration to Fellowship
The minister formally readmits the individual into the communion of the Church.
And by the power of the ministry committed to me by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I readmit you into the fellowship of His Church, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
