O Lord, help me to be prepared for your coming, so that you do not find me unworthy, as you wished to find me, who suffered everything for me, so that you might find someone to whom you would not impose punishment, but rather grant eternal rewards. Amen.
The Indwelling Presence
A petition to host Christ permanently within the heart.
O Lord, with the help of Christ, may I strive to act in such a way that I can receive You, not just as a guest, but as a permanent resident in my heart, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Discernment and Divine Love

O Eternal God, I implore your help, that you may grant me true discernment and perfect love according to your goodness, to whom belongs glory and dominion with the Father and the Holy Spirit, forever and ever. Amen.
Faithful Service and Final Reward
A prayer for the virtues of faith, love, and purity to sustain a life of service until the final reward.
O merciful Lord, who has granted me so many benefits, grant me also the ability to hold a right faith with all humility, to preserve pure love for all people, to serve you, my Lord, with a clean heart and a chaste body until the end of my life, and to labor earnestly, so that after my labors I may hear that desirable voice: 'Well done, good servant, enter into the joy of your Lord.' Amen.
