LVIII. O Bonifaci (De sancto Bonifacio)
The Living Light and the Friend of God
Boniface is hailed as a living light who wisely returned pure streams of grace to God and as a shining crystal-friend of the living God who ran in upright ways.
Antiphon: O Boniface, the living light saw you as a wise one who sent pure streams flowing from God back to God, when you watered the greenness of flowers. So you are the friend of the living God, a crystal shining in the goodness of upright ways, in which you ran wisely.✦
