Christ identifies himself as the divine light who has established the emperor as a beacon of justice in the world.
Christ spoke to his bride, saying: "Write these words to the emperor for me: I am the light that illuminated all things when darkness covered everything." I am also that same light who, invisible in my divinity, appeared visible through my humanity." I am also the light that has placed you in the world as a special beacon, so that a greater justice might be found in you than in others, and so that you might lead everyone toward justice and godliness.1 I, the true light, am telling you this because it's my will that you have ascended to the imperial throne. I am speaking with a woman, sharing the words of my justice and mercy.
A Mandate for Justice and Order
The emperor is instructed to examine the divine revelations and work with the Pope to confirm the monastic rule dictated by Christ.
So, receive these words from the books that this woman has written from my own mouth, examine them, and work so that my justice may be feared and my mercy may be desired with discernment.2 You too, who hold imperial power, should know that I, the Creator of all things, dictated a rule for nuns in honor of my most beloved Virgin Mother, and I gave it to this woman who is writing to you. Read it through, then, and work with the Supreme Pontiff so that the rule I dictated with my own mouth may be approved by people here on earth through him who is my vicar in the world—a rule that I, God, have already approved before my heavenly host.
