Christ explains that His grace anticipates the soul to protect it from the power of the enemy.
Christ spoke to his bride, saying: "In your grammar studies today, you wrote a proverb: that it's better to anticipate than to be anticipated." In the same way, I have anticipated you with the sweetness of my grace, so that the devil might not gain power over your soul.
The Prayer of the Baptist
John the Baptist offers a prayer of praise to the eternal God, followed by a reference to the full text of the vision.
