A Vision of Divine Light
A visionary woman receives a message from the Virgin Mary, who explains how to discern true divine illumination from diabolical deception.
To your honorable fatherhood, I, a certain widow, make known that many very miraculous things have been revealed to a woman in her own country. Through the diligent examination of bishops, as well as masters from both religious orders and the secular clergy, these things have been proven to proceed from the holy and wondrous illumination of the Holy Spirit and from no other source—a fact that the king and queen of that realm also know through reasonable evidence. This same woman traveled as a pilgrim to Rome, and one day, while she was praying in the major church of the Blessed Virgin, she was caught up in a spiritual vision; her body fell into a state of heavy stillness, though it wasn't the heaviness of sleep. At that very moment, a highly revered virgin appeared to her. But the woman, troubled by the wonder of the vision and recognizing her own fragility, feared the devil's deception and prayed earnestly to the divine mercy that He would not allow her to fall into diabolical temptations. The Virgin, therefore, who appeared to her, said: "Don't be afraid of what you now see or hear, thinking it comes from an evil spirit." For just as two things come with the approach of the sun—namely, light and heat—and these don't bring a dark shadow with them, In the same way, when the Holy Spirit enters a person's heart, these two things come with Him: the fire of divine love and the perfect illumination of the Catholic faith. You currently feel these two things within yourself: that you love nothing as much as God, and that you don't lack a single point in the integrity of the Catholic faith. But these two things don't follow the evil spirit, who is compared to a dark shadow.
The Ruin of the Church
The Virgin commands the woman to warn a prelate about the severe spiritual decay and structural instability threatening the Church.
Then the same virgin added, saying to the woman, "You must send my words to such a prelate on my behalf." To this, the woman replied with great sorrow, saying, "O my reverend virgin, he won't believe me; instead, I expect he'll treat these words as a mockery rather than as divine truth." The virgin answered her, "Even though I know his heart, how he'll respond, and when his life will end, you must still deliver my words to him." I am making it known to him that the foundation on the right side of the holy Church has crumbled severely, to the point that the main vault has many cracks in it, causing such dangerous collapses that many who enter underneath lose their lives. Many of its columns, which should be reaching toward the heights, are already leaning toward the ground, and the entire floor is so pitted that the blind who enter fall dangerously; it even happens sometimes that those who can see clearly fall heavily right along with the blind because of the dangerous pits in that same floor. For these reasons, the Church of God is in great danger. It's clear that what will come of this is drawing near. It will certainly face ruin unless it receives the help of restoration. Its ruin will be so great that it will be heard throughout all of Christendom; and these things must be understood spiritually.
The Mother of God as Intercessor
The Virgin identifies herself and describes her role as a rainbow of prayer, leaning down to touch both the good and the bad with her intercession.
I am that Virgin into whose womb the Son of God deigned to come, accompanied by the Godhead and the Holy Spirit, free from any contagious bodily pleasure. And that same Son of God was born from my closed womb with both divinity and humanity, and with the Holy Spirit, in the greatest consolation of my soul and without pain. I also stood by the cross when He, with true patience, victoriously conquered hell and opened heaven with the blood of His heart. I was actually on the mountain when that same Son of God—who is indeed my Son—was ascending into heaven. I know the entire Catholic faith most clearly, because He Himself taught it by preaching to everyone who wanted to enter the kingdom of heaven. And so, I now stand over the world with my prayer, constantly directed to my dearest Son, like a rainbow over the clouds of heaven that seems to bend down to the earth and touch it with both its ends. By the arch, I mean myself; for I lean down toward the inhabitants of the world, touching both the good and the bad with my constant prayer. I lean toward the good so they may be made steadfast in what our holy mother the Church commands; and I lean toward the bad so they won't continue in their malice and become even worse.
Clouds of Corruption and the Promise of Renewal
The Virgin condemns the greed and pride of corrupt church leaders and promises to aid those who humbly seek to restore the Church's foundation.
I am making it known to the one I send these words to that, on one side, dark and horrible clouds are rising against the brightness of the rainbow; by this I mean those who live lives of prostitution in their own flesh and are insatiable, bottomless as a whirlpool of the sea in their greed for money. They also squander their resources irrationally and wastefully, just as a torrent in its rush pours out its water, all for the sake of worldly pomp and pride. These three things, then, are what many of the Church's overseers are now practicing—men whose sins rise to heaven, abominable and foul in the sight of God, standing against my prayer just as dark, heavy clouds stand against the clear arc of the sky. And so these people, who should be appeasing God alongside me, are the very ones most gravely provoking His wrath against themselves. Such people shouldn't be exalted in the holy Church, but rather brought low. Whoever, therefore, wishes to apply themselves to the care of making the Church’s foundation stable, or who desires to renew the level ground of that blessed vineyard which God himself planted and watered with his own blood, if they believe themselves to be small or insufficient for this task, I, the Queen of Heaven, want to come to his aid with all the ranks of angels, rooting out the devilish weeds, casting the barren trees into the fire to be burned, and planting fruitful saplings in their place. By the vineyard, however, I mean the holy Church of God, in which two things—namely, humility and divine love—ought to be renewed.
The Integrity of the Message
The visionary affirms that this message is sent without worldly motive, solely in obedience to the command of the Virgin.
The glorious Virgin who appeared to the woman commanded that all these things be sent to you in writing, so that your reverend paternity might know that I, who have sent this letter to you, swear by Jesus, the true and omnipotent God, and by his most worthy Mother, Mary. I want them to help me in both body and soul, just as I didn't send this letter for the sake of any worldly honor, greed, or human favor. But because everything this letter contains was commanded to be made known to your dignity, among many other words spoken to the same woman in a spiritual revelation.

ego regina celi cum omnium angelorum cetibus sibi in adiutorium venire volo, zabulosas radices extirpando et steriles arbores ad comburendum in ignem eiciendo ac in earum locis plantando ramusculos fructuosos.
