But anyone who does not serve God in any of these ways is harshly struck by the angel of punishment for the emptiness of their heart. The evil of lying has arisen without God. A person is dominated by evil when they refuse to do what is right. God has shown various miracles throughout every age of the world. Some prophets saw certain miracles, while others did not. All creation and eternal life come from God. Certain evil spirits can't deceive people unless they appear as if they were heavenly beings. 222
