And I saw and understood these things. And from that living light, I heard a voice saying to me: 'These things that you see are true.' But those who strive to overcome the pride of evil spirits, accusing themselves, will discipline their bodies with sackcloth and bending of the knees, and with blows, sighs, and tears.
