A Method for Focused Contemplation
The author introduces a method to minimize distractions by inserting brief phrases into the Hail Mary.
to honor the life, death, and glory of Jesus and Mary by reciting the holy Rosary, and to reduce the distractions of the imagination 160. For that, you need to add to each Hail Mary of each decade a short word that brings back to mind the mystery being celebrated in that decade; and you need to add this word after Jesus, in the middle of the Hail Mary.

Concluding Prayers for Grace
The chapter concludes with specific petitions for grace corresponding to the three sets of mysteries.
Then, at the end of the first chaplet, say: Grace of the joyful mysteries, come down into our souls and make them truly holy. At the end of the second: Grace of the sorrowful mysteries, come down into our souls and make them truly patient. At the end of the third: Grace of the glorious mysteries, come down into our souls and make them eternally blessed. Amen.
