Thanksgiving and Doxology
The soul asks what thanks it can give to God for His patience, then offers the Sanctus and praise from Revelation 4.
What thanks can I repay to God? He has spared me until now for all things in which He has still borne with me? Holy, Holy, Holy. You are worthy, Lord our God, the Holy One, to receive glory and honor and power, because you created all things, and by your will They were, and they were created.
Scripture Citation
The source reference for the preceding doxology is given as Revelation 4:8 and 4:11.

Scripture echoes
- ↩Rev.4.8 — And the four living creatures, each having six wings, are full of eyes around and within. And they have no rest day and night, saying, 'Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God, the Almighty, who was and who is and who is to come.'
Notes
- 1 ↩Source '4poc.' is treated as a garbled citation for Apoc. (Apocalypse/Revelation), matching the Sanctus and Dignus es material in the preceding section.
- 2 ↩Source 'll.' is treated as OCR for '11.', completing the double citation Apoc. iv. 8. 11 for the Sanctus (v. 8) and Dignus es / erant et creata sunt (v. 11) material.
