VISIO DECIMA, cap. XXVI
A Season of Renewed Justice
Iniquity will be weakened and justice will hold firm, leading rulers and peoples to correct one another and return to ancient honorable customs, while the air becomes pleasant and the earth fruitful.
And then iniquity will once again lie weakened for a while, and from time to time it will try to rise up; but justice will hold firm for a time in its uprightness, so that the people of those days will turn back to the ancient customs and the disciplines of earlier people in what is honorable, and will hold fast to them and keep them, just as the ancients were accustomed to hold and preserve them. But at that time every king and ruler, and every bishop of churchly rank, will correct himself in one respect when he sees another keeping justice and living honorably, and each nation will take correction from another when it hears of that one advancing toward good and rising toward uprightness. The air too will once again be pleasant then, and the fruit of the earth useful, and people will become healthy and strong.
Prophecy and Purity of Truth
Many prophecies will arise, hidden scriptures will be disclosed, sons and daughters will prophesy in purity of truth beyond the reach of deceiving spirits, in the same spirit as the prophets and apostles.
In those days as well there will be many prophecies and very many wise people, so that even the hidden things of the prophets and of other Scriptures will then be fully disclosed to the wise, and their sons and daughters will prophesy, just as was foretold long ages before, and this will happen in such purity of truth that the spirits of the air will not be able to mock them at that time. They will prophesy in the same spirit in which the prophets once announced the secrets of God, and in the likeness of the teaching of the apostles, whose teaching surpassed every human understanding.
Heresies, the Antichrist, and the World's Instability
Heresies and shameful things will break out signaling the nearness of the Antichrist, and the world will never remain stable, as justice and iniquity continually rise and fall in mutual opposition.
In the meantime so many heresies and so many shameful things will also break out along with other evils, which will even show that the Antichrist is near at hand, so that the people of those days will say that such great sins and such great uncleanness never existed before as will have appeared in their days. What the pig depicted in the book of Scivias also makes clear: that while justice sometimes reigns, iniquity attacks it; and while iniquity sometimes thrives, justice confounds it, since the world never remains in one condition.

In eodem quoque spiritu illi prophetabunt quo prophetae secreta Dei olim annuntiaverunt, et in similitudine doctrinae apostolorum, quorum doctrina super omnem humanum intellectum fuit.
